The Bible says in Matthew 6:24 that the top competitor for our commitment to Jesus is money. Giving allows us to demonstrate that He is more important to us than material things. Not having cash or check on hand doesn’t have to hold you back from giving, you can be obedient today by giving online. There is no organization with more potential to change the world than the local church!
How You Can Give
Electronic Funds Transfer
If you are someone who prefers the convenience of electronic giving for your recurring gift, Crossroads also provides the convenience of electronic funds transfer from your bank once or twice a month. This is the easiest giving option as it only requires a one-time setup and the church handles the processing for you. If this is the option for you, contact Lori Hardy for information on getting started.
Checks, Cash or Money Orders
- Give during the offering time in Sunday services.
- Drop off your offering at the church office between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. from Monday through dayThursday.
- Mail your check or money order to Crossroads United Methodist Church | 1600 Main St | Perry, GA 31069
Crossroads UMC’s mission is to be a church home where imperfect people can belong and come to believe. As a member of the church, you have committed to support Crossroads through your prayers, presence, gifts (offerings), talents and witness. A gift to the Crossroads UMC Legacy Ministry is one way of furthering your lifetime commitment and stewardship by remembering the church in your will or trust or as a designated beneficiary of another asset. A Legacy Gift is a way to provide support to the church’s mission and ministries in the future.
The Permanent Endowment Fund we have established through the Georgia Methodist Foundation ensures the long-range financial growth and sustainability of Crossroads. To do this, the Legacy Ministry has established various types of funds.
